The Delivery Process

After your order is packed and released from our warehouse, we will send you a Dispatch email along with a tracking number. Use the tracking number received to check where your order is up until it reaches your door.

U.K. - Please allow between 1-3 working days from the date of the dispatch email.

E.U. - Please allow between 2-5 days working days from the date of the dispatch email.

U.A.E. / U.S.A. & Canada - Please allow between 3-10 working days from the date of the dispatch email.

Rest of World - Please allow between 10 to 14 working days from the date of the dispatch email.

Note: Orders will only be dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email before contacting Customer Services.

All purchases processed in pound sterling (£), any other currency will be exchanged at the rate of your provider or bank.

Orders placed outside the U.K. mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on specific products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges, and therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country. If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters before placing your order.
